The next settlement run and the value that is actually ready to clear into it. Recurring bookings settle per aired period (period end + 30-day hold) – you do not wait for the series to end.
Reporting
Clear revenue before payout. Use this guide to answer four questions clearly: what was sold, what delivered, what is billable, and what is still held.
Revenue view
- Buyer, channel, deal, and payment status.
- Booked value, delivered value, and billable delivered value.
- Delivery risk, proof gaps, and discrepancy holds.
- Whether the row is reconciled or still waiting on proof, delivery, or payout release.
Reconcile before money moves
Reconciliation compares booked value, delivered value, billable value, and hold reasons before payout clears. If those numbers do not tell one coherent story, payout is not ready.
Payout view
Value waiting on the advertiser's payment – payouts mature once the advertiser's invoice is paid, or, with the optional payment guarantee (2.5%), 30 days after the period aired – plus value blocked by discrepancies, proof gaps, advertiser disputes, or unresolved ops issues.
Completed runs with the payout amount – 100% of list price, reduced only by the optional payment guarantee (2.5%) where booked – and the linked delivery context that explains why the payout cleared.
Exports
- Revenue ledger by buyer and channel.
- Payout runs, hold reasons, and the payout statement with the automatically generated self-billed credit note (Gutschrift, § 14 UStG) attached to each payout – you never write an invoice to the platform.
- Delivery discrepancies and finance impact.
- Deal and line-item rollups for downstream finance review.
