Delivered volume matches the booked timeline. Keep watching, but no intervention is needed.
Operations
Keep live delivery on pace. Use this once a campaign is approved and live – watch pacing, solve problems early, and escalate only when the normal controls stop being enough.
What every live row must show
- Deal and line item status.
- Target versus delivered volume.
- Last event timestamp and current pacing signal.
- Creative approval state and live owner.
- Whether proof expectations are still on track.
Read pacing fast
Pacing answers one publisher question: is this campaign still on track to hit the booked goal on time?
Delivery is lagging. Investigate now before revenue, proof, or the buyer relationship slips.
Creative, launch, or technical issues are preventing delivery. The row should not look healthy when the campaign is not actually moving.
Work discrepancies from the booking outward
- Show expected versus actual delivery clearly enough that ops and finance would reach the same conclusion.
- Keep severity, owner, status, and the latest note visible.
- Make it easy to acknowledge, add evidence, escalate, and resolve.
- Keep the issue tied to the booking and delivery deal, not buried in general support.
Escalate only when the normal ops path is exhausted
Use Help for payout blocks, reporting mismatches, faulty ratings, or buyer disputes that the booking thread and normal delivery controls cannot resolve.
Next: finance. Move to finance once delivery is complete and you need to reconcile value, holds, and payout readiness.
